Communications: We retain messages exchanged between shippers and carriers through our Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features

  • Verify carrier credentials (FMCSA, DOT, insurance)
  • Enable real-time shipment tracking

  • Between Shippers and Carriers: When a bid is accepted, relevant contact and shipment information is shared between the parties to facilitate the transaction.
  • Payment Processors: We share payment information with our secure payment processing partners to facilitate escrow and payments.
  • Verification Services: We share carrier information with FMCSA and insurance verification services.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
