A freight broker that
shows the spread.
GetHaulDirect is a private freight marketplace. Shippers post a load, FMCSA-verified US carriers accept it in one tap, the platform takes a flat 5 % fee — that's the entire deal. The rate the shipper posts is the rate the carrier sees.
Why we exist
Traditional freight brokerage runs on opacity. The broker takes 13–25 % between the shipper's rate and the carrier's rate, and neither side sees the other's number. The shipper overpays; the carrier underearns; the spread funds a call-center.
We rebuilt the model around three rules:
- One number, not two. The shipper's posted rate is what the carrier earns minus the flat 5 %.
- Auto-match, not auction. The first verified carrier whose equipment and lane fit accepts in one tap. No broker chain.
- Escrow, not invoice. The shipper's funds sit in Stripe Connect at post-time and release on proof-of-delivery. ACH to the carrier in two business days.

Founder
Zafar Safarov founded GetHaulDirect after a decade of running freight operations across the eastern half of the US — first inside larger 3PLs, then with his own ETL Group operating unit in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The platform exists because the math on traditional brokerage stops making sense once you’ve seen both sides of the rate confirmation: the shipper paying $2,000 and the carrier netting $1,500 with no documentation of where the $500 went.
GetHaulDirect runs CVS Logistics LLC under FMCSA broker authority MC-123033 — the broker authority that makes the flat 5% transparency model legal under 49 CFR § 371. Day-to-day operations (engineering, carrier onboarding, payments, support) live inside ETL Group LLC.
