Who we are

GetHaulDirect is a brand of FalconAI LLC, 331 E Street Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053. We are a freight marketplace: shippers post a load, verified motor carriers get matched to it, and the shipment is arranged directly. Freight brokerage services are provided by CVS Logistics LLC (MC-123033, USDOT 3176886).

What we send

  • Sign-in codes — the one-time code when you sign in with your phone number.
  • Load offers — when a load matches your truck, so you can accept before someone else does.
  • Shipment updates — pickup, delivery and payment status on a shipment you are part of.
  • Support replies — when you have asked us something.

We send no marketing or promotional text messages. Everything above is about your own account and your own shipments.

How you opt in

Wherever we ask for a mobile number — when you create an account, when you post a shipment, and in your profile settings — there is a separate box, unticked, next to the phone field. This is it, exactly as it appears on those forms:

Optional. Leave it unticked and you will still get everything by email — texts are not required to use GetHaulDirect.

Ticking it is optional and it is never a condition of using GetHaulDirect. You can create an account, post a load and haul a load without it: sign in with an email address and password or with Google, and we send the same information by email. We record the date, the form and the exact wording you agreed to.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after that — we also mark the number so our system cannot text it again. Reply HELP for help, or email safarov@falconai.llc or call (929) 955-5099.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only companies that receive your number are the ones that deliver the message for us.
