We auto-match a verified carrier
The load routes only to FMCSA-verified carriers whose lane, equipment and hours of service fit. The first carrier to accept books it in one tap — auto-matched, not auctioned to thousands of strangers. Every carrier clears in-house identity KYC before they can accept.
Funds sit in Stripe escrow
When the load books, the shipper's funds are held in Stripe Connect escrow — not invoiced after the fact. The carrier hauls knowing the money is already secured. The rate the shipper posted is the rate the carrier sees; nothing changes mid-haul.
Deliver, then everyone settles
On proof-of-delivery the escrow releases automatically: the carrier is paid 95% via ACH in about two business days, and GetHaulDirect keeps a flat 5% platform fee. No factoring discount, no quick-pay surcharge, no monthly subscription.

No — it's a private freight marketplace. On a public load board the same load fans out to thousands of carriers and the bid races to the bottom. On GetHaulDirect a load routes only to carriers whose lane, equipment and hours fit, and the posted rate is locked at post.
+What does the 5% cover?
Everything: matching, contracting, escrow, payment processing and support. There is no separate listing fee, per-truck fee, premium tier or monthly subscription. The 5% applies only to loads that actually book and deliver.
+How fast do carriers get paid?
Stripe Connect lands 95% of the posted rate in the carrier's bank account about two business days after proof-of-delivery upload — no factoring 3–5% discount and no quick-pay surcharge.

GetHaulDirect is operated by CVS Logistics LLC d/b/a GetHaulDirect under FMCSA broker authority MC-123033, USDOT 3176886, with an active BMC-84 surety bond. Day-to-day operations run through ETL Group LLC in Doylestown, PA.
