+How do I post a load on GetHaulDirect?

Sign up as a shipper (5 minutes, no card required), enter pickup and delivery addresses, equipment type, weight, and your posted rate. The matching engine routes the load to FMCSA-verified carriers whose lane and equipment fit; the first to tap Accept gets it. Funds are held in Stripe Connect escrow at post-time.

+When does the 5% fee bill?

Only on completion. The fee is calculated as 5% of the carrier rate you posted and billed via Stripe Connect application_fee_amount when the load delivers and proof-of-delivery is uploaded. No fee at post-time, no fee on cancelled loads, no monthly subscription.

+Can I see the carrier before they pick up?

Yes. Once a carrier accepts, the shipper sees DOT/MC number, company name, driver name, contact, equipment, and FMCSA SAFER status — plus live GPS tracking from pickup through delivery.

+What happens if a load doesn't deliver?

Stripe Connect holds the funds in escrow until proof-of-delivery is uploaded. If a delivery fails or is disputed, funds remain escrowed pending resolution; GetHaulDirect mediates with shipper, carrier, and the supporting documentation. The 5% fee is not charged on cancelled or undelivered loads.

+Is there a monthly minimum?

No. There is no monthly minimum, no subscription, no per-seat license, and no obligation to post a certain number of loads. Pay 5% on what you actually ship — the fee scales with your volume, not your time.
